INITIAL SETUP
Dial * and your extension number (xxxx) from any phone within the building. When the recording begins to play, press ‘‘ again
When prompted enter your temporary password (xxxx)
Press ‘0’ for mailbox options
You need to set the following items
Press ‘1’ to record your unavailable greeting
Once you have done that,
Press ‘3’ to record your name (this is important)
After that, please change your password from the temporary one
Press ‘5’ to change your password.
Once you have completed these steps, the initial setup is complete.
