Change Offline status in MS Outlook

If MS Outlook is running in “Offline” mode but you are connected to the internet or you want to set MS Outlook in “Offline” mode for some reason.

  1.     Open MS Outlook
  2.     Click on the Send/Receive tab in ribbon
  3.     Click on Work Offline button
  4.     If button is currently highlited, it means MS Outlook is currently in Offline Mode. Click to disable.
  5.     If button is not highlited, MS Outlook is in normal operating status. Click to enable.
