Folders not showing in Mapped Network Drive

If a user has a Mapped Network Drive and not all files or folders are showing up, do the following.

  1. Open Control Panel
    • Search for Sync Center
    • Open Sync Center and click “Manage Offline Files” on the left side
      • Click Disable Offline Files button
      • Click OK
  2. Reboot Computer
