Malware (Popups)

Follow these steps to remove Malware from a users machine:

1. Run System Restore back to date prior to getting popups if System
   Restore is turned on, Reboot Computer.
2. Uninstall any Internet Toolbars, Coupon.com, Stamps.com,
   Weather.com, possible fake virus removal software, 
3. Install / Run CCleaner (http://www.piriform.com
4. Install / Run Malwarebytes http://www.malwarebytes.org

If the above does not remove the virus/malware, further research is
going to be involved. Find out as much as you can about the virus and
research how to remove it. If unable to remove, system will need to be
reformatted / reinstalled.
