To forward any of your telephone numbers to another number –
- Dial 859-912-7979 from any telephone
- When prompted enter the 10 DIGIT TELEPHONE NUMBER you want to forward followed by the # sign
- Enter your PIN followed by the # sign (NOTE: If you don’t have your PIN, you will need to contact support to have it reset)
- Once authenticated,
- Press 1 to set call forwarding, you will be prompted to enter the 10 digit telephone number you are wanting to forward calls to
- Press 2 to Cancel your existing call forwarding.
