Below are instructions on how to install the Cisco Systems VPN Client
- If you have trouble installing the VPN Client or have questions
please contact our support team. Before you begin, download the Cisco VPN Client software. If you have
a WSG Help account, you can do this by selecting the VPN Client
download under your organization’s heading in the main area of the WSG
Help section. Others should obtain this software from their network
administrators. Also download the PCF file provided to you by your network
administrator. Once you have downloaded the client – double click on it to begin the
installation Click Next to begin the installation Accept the license agreement and click Next Accept the default install locations and click Next Click Next to Begin the Installation Click Finish to complete the installation If prompted, restart your computer IMPORTING A PCF CONFIGURATION FILE After your computer restarts, Open the Cisco VPN Client software. –
Click the Import icon. Select the downloaded PCF file and select “Open” The software should report that the import was successful You will now see the imported PCF file in the Connection Entry list.
To Connect – Double-Click on the entry. You will be prompted for your
