How to send a fax using our Fax21 platform from your Email client (also known as Email to Fax).
Send an email to ##########@fax21.net – where ########## is the 10 digit destination fax number with a valid attachment
Valid Attachment types are
PDF
TIFF
You will receive a confirmation email once your fax is sent (of if it is rejected, a reason stating such) and it will display in the Fax21 Portal (https://portal.fax21.net)
In order for the fax to be processed, it must be sent from an authorized email address. To have an email address added please submit a support ticket.
